As a Sacramento native I am a proud alumni of American River College. I studied Kinesiology there in 2011-2013. I went the vocational route and got a Certification so I could put to to use ASAP. :)

I have been the sole proprietor of my own Personal Training business since 2014.
I knew how happy guiding others to a holistic lifestyle made my heart/soul because of my time working at The Vitamin Shoppe. Their extensive training program lit a fire in me to learn about health like never before... I was then hired to open the Sprouts store in Citrus Heights and loved it.
Over the years I have meal prepped for many PT clients. It just makes sense, ya know?
I have over 10 years of experience, exquisite attention to detail and a love of researching Kinesiology related things , as well as a huge heart. Having Coach Kim in your corner is going to light a fire in you that will never go out.
