I love the pure focus and attention to detail involved with 1-1 training...But I also LOVE group fitness classes so you can get the added health benefits from COMMUNITY.
I love the convenience and ease (for you) of training you in your own homes so no excuses even have the chance to be made, only good habits being formed via neuroplasticity in your brain...
But I also LOVE training outdoors so you get the added health benefits from being in NATURE. Plus you are more likely to stay active for life knowing ways to stay active that YOU enjoy and that fill YOUR cup.

As a Sacramento native I am a proud alumni of American River College. I studied Kinesiology there in 2011-2013. I went the vocational route and got a Certification so I could put to to use ASAP. :)
I have been the sole proprietor of my own Personal Training business since 2014.
I also got my NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification that year and still hold it to this day.
I knew how happy guiding others to a holistic lifestyle made my heart/soul because of my time working at The Vitamin Shoppe. Their extensive training program lit a fire in me to learn about health like never before... I was then hired to open the Sprouts store in Citrus Heights and loved it. Customers sought my Nutrition advice while I was working as a vitamin clerk. (I will never forget the customer who came back a month later and hugged me and told me I made a difference in her chronic condition when no medical doctor could via my nutrition guidance regarding candida overgrowth and sugar.) Over the years I have meal prepped for many PT clients. I even meal prepped for a friend/gym buddy who planned to do an NPC competition (FUN FACT: that was when the term adipose assassin was born).
I have over 10 years of experience, exquisite attention to detail and a love of researching Kinesiology related things , as well as a huge heart. Having Coach Kim in your corner is going to light a fire in you that will never go out.

They act as a reminder that exercise and movement are an act of self LOVE, not self torture. You will walk away from the class feeling peace, serenity & a littttle bit of delayed onset muscle soreness. :p
PS It is ALWAYS kid and mama bear friendly. I will work with you to make sure you AND your kids get the most from the experience. :)
