Therefore it seems redundant (to me) to put Nutritionist in my title...it's already built in! :)

Customers at Sprouts sought my Nutrition advice while I was working as a vitamin clerk. (I will never forget the customer who came back a month later and told me I made a difference in her chronic condition when no medical doctor could. I had been her personal grocery shopper.) Over the years I have meal prepped for many PT clients. I even meal prepped for a friend/gym buddy who planned to do an NPC competition (FUN FACT: that was when the term adipose assassin was born). I got recertified in 2016. Then I got my NASM CES Cert in 2018 because I love to learn. (then Covid.) My most recent NASM Certification was "Group Fitness Instructor", so my Boot(Y) Camp Classes can be the best possible for you guys! <3
As a Sacramento native I am also a proud alumni of American River College. My areas of study where Kinesiology in 2011-2013 (as a part time student). Later I went back and studied Small Business Management from 2018-2020.

I love creating custom programs for my clients. My customizations allow them to be HAPPY to stick with it for life (and continue to reap the rewards forever). I take pride in meeting my clients where they are at, because they can ALWAYS build from there. <3
Please know, I encourage my clients to get fit in a holistically healthy and balanced way, including eating habits. If you're not down for that I'm not the coach for you, unfortunately.
